If you look at the chart, there're 8 4bits packs, but mine has only 5. But once I pressed 'export current save', the stats still remain unchanged ingame, even though the editor numbers have changed.Īlso, I'm 'translating' the 4 bits skills value based on a chart, but it just seems off to me. This is a copy/paste of a post by Sohei and its probably different on your mac.Originally posted by Lymark:I'm trying to respec my companions in the current save. Exit that screen and verify your new stats changed as you intended. Go back to the same screen where you exported your character.

Go back into warband either by hitting + again or starting up the game and loading your save. Then save the file using the same name and file location. Don't mess with the other stuff in the file. You can also adjust your character's level indirectly by adjusting experience - I suggest adjusting this value down if you are trying to make your character more powerful but keep it a positive number. Change the money, stats, skills, and proficiencies to any values you want but try to keep within the normal limits to avoid causing any bugs. Open it up in notepad or any text editor. The character save file is just a text file with your charater's name. You character file should be inside one of the subfolders in there. Go into your documents folder in Windows and look for the Mount and Blade Warband folder. Then use + to go into windowed mode or just save and exit the game. In the next screen click export character. Click on statistics in the lower left corner. Go to your character's screen with all of the stats and skills. Yeah, no problem - I'll tell you how to do it.
